WHERE WE ARE GOING
Where We Are Going
CCF’s 10-year Strategic Framework serves as the organization’s north star—a roadmap that guides decision-making and measures our progress towards ambitious institutional priorities and supporting initiatives. It reflects the needs and aspirations of the communities we serve and provides donors and partners with a trusted tool to guide their investments for maximum impact on our region’s most pressing challenges.
The framework also lays the foundation for a series of three-year implementation plans developed by CCF staff. These plans align day-to-day work with the broader strategic vision—setting goals and measurable outcomes, clarifying departmental roles and responsibilities, identifying how CCF will engage meaningfully with community partners, and informing budget and resource allocations.
As an organization, we have already made significant progress toward this alignment. As of Fiscal Year 2025–26, more than 85% of CCF’s resources are supporting programs directly connected to the framework’s core goals—education, housing, disaster response, and arts and culture.

Looking ahead, our mission for the next decade—and beyond—is to elevate the quality of life for every Angeleno by leveraging every tool at our disposal including fundraising, convening, storytelling, advocacy, multi-sector partnerships, and fiscal stewardship. This vision is intentionally bold, and we cannot achieve it alone. We look forward to deepening collaboration with our partners to build a Los Angeles County that reflects our shared values and collective potential.
